INSPIRATION

Good morning! Another exciting day today. I would like to say that my day is going very well. I was successful in restraining from grabbing a high calorie, high fat cinnanon roll. I'm pretty proud of myself as sweets are a big problem for me. It takes strength and continually reminding yourself daily of what's more important. Which is Looking Good and Feeling Great.

Eat Breakfast

Eating breakfast gives me more energy through the day than not eating at all. It doesn't have to be a large, 3 egg, bacon, sausage. . .mmmm, though that sounds GREAT!. . .:>. . .Seriously, it doesn't. Try having a bowl of your favorite cereal or a whole wheat english muffin with orange juice. Try it!
